Online bill payments  - It is important to understand when setting up an account you will have access to view your utility account information and consumption history online free of charge.  The City of Norwalk pays for this service as a convenience to our residents.  If you choose to use this account to pay your monthly bill, your credit card will be charged a $1.25 processing fee in addition to the amount you request to be paid.
